The Prerequisites for a Handstand Walk No One Tells You About

What is the magic trait  you need to learn the coveted handstand walk? I am here to responsibly demystify what you see in social media and training gyms.

In most of these places, you see coaches and muscular influencers encouraging you to take the leap of faith without even knowing who you are or what your current conditions look like, and that’s something to be concerned.

Engaging a training program requires health, first and foremost. It can be dangerous for a blind person to play fencing, right? This is an extreme example, but you get the point, and someone should be honest about this instead of trying to get your attention at the risk of your precious health.

So what are those requirements? A six pack? No. Owning a gym? No.  Motivation? Definitely.

Handstand Walk Program

In my handstand walk program, there are minimal requirements that I will demand from you. I won’t make you squander your precious time nor your health by exposing you to situations that may cause you the slightest harm. This is what is required:

  • Willing to learn.
  • Patience.
  • 16 – 50 years old range.
  • Average weight for your respective height and body composition.
  • Calculate your BMI here (Body Mass Index), it should be normal weight 18.5 – 24.9.
  • Can do one pushup (at least on knees).
  • Involved in fitness or sport activities the last couple weeks previous to starting this program. For example, CrossFit, functional training, running, soccer, yoga, swimming, and others.

My handstand walk program is crafted to take care of you. I strongly recommend that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.

Peace out 🤸🏼‍♀️,

Luis
